Editing
Highly creative, yet disciplined and organized, I can work well in any post-production environment. I can provide artistic input and ideas, but also know when to follow a director/producer’s lead and quickly get the job done.
Video Capture
I can accept source material on DV, miniDV, DVD, Hard Drive, and just about any SD/HD camera input. I can also arrange for telecine/film transfers to digital.
Keying
I have vast experience with keying---from green screening, to luma keying, to color keying. Even with footage shot on mini DV, using advance keying and color correction techniques, I can make a subject shot in front of a green screen appear as if they were shot on location.
Special Effects
Proficient in Motion and Photoshop, I can create several visual effects incorporating graphics, movement, and particles. I can also create animated title sequences.
Color Correction
With color correction, not only can I save footage that is often unusable, but I can create several visual effects. I can sharpen footage that is too blurry, correct footage with the wrong hue, and lighten or darken footage that is improperly exposed. I can color correct selectively, making one (or many) colors have a shift in hue, brightness, or saturation, while the others stay the same.
DVD Creation
I’m proficient in DVD Studio Pro and can make complex DVDs with interactive menus, chapter selection, and subtitles.
Web Encoding
I have all the equipment necessary to encode video for web output in virtually any format including quicktime, windows media, and flash. I have the tools to optimize compression quality and minimize file size, so videos will always load quickly and look amazing. |
