Love Hotel is a short film that was shot on location in Tokyo, Japan about a gay man who searches for intimacy after the death of an ex-lover. The short will also be included as a vignette in an upcoming feature about how the death of one man affects several different characters. The filmmaker shipped me the tapes from location in Tokyo, and I edited them in Los Angeles, and then ftped them for her approval. The piece is still in post-production; I will re-post the clips with cleaner audio once they’ve been enhanced by the sound engineer.
